The cyber police said in OTP frauds, multiple complaints were received regarding vishing (OTP) scams wherein the complainants got fraud phone calls from fraudsters claiming to be officers from the bank. A team of the cyber cell acted swiftly and with strenuous efforts was able to save the amount of the victim,” the statement added. €œThe victim after realizing that he has been trapped in a cyber fraud immediately reported the fraud to the cyber police.
